53 AC WD45 Gas

am looking at a 53 wd 45- it needs both fenders, battery box, lights,tool box,both rear rims rusted at stems but hold air, tires are good, motor and running gear seem solid runs good,other sheetmetal good, any suggestions at what it might be worth??
