So should I take action when I see something like I saw last week........ TRUE STORY this did happen..... I haul gas in a 9300 gallon bulk tanker for a living. While at the loading rack loading at about 1 am the other morning I saw another driver at the rack. He works for a local company that has only employees of Arabic descent. This man is about 28 to 32 years old. He pulled up in line waiting for his turn to load. He got out of the truck with his mat; looked around to get his bearing as to which way was east; knelt down on the mat and started to bow in prayer. So while I may not be proud of it I was raised discriminatory. He$$ I am from the deep south. So should I have followed my discriminatory ways and called the FBI on the spot. With all the heighten security their is no telling what they would have done by profiling this man by race and his actions at the time. Obviously he was just praying or every one reading this would have heard about this by now. So what should I have done? And if you think I should have called some one then do you think I should call the FBI next time I see some one reading the bible while waiting to load their truck? Boy it is hard some times to live my discriminatory upbringing and also do the right thing. My 2 ¢
