i hate to be a "complainer" , but i feel it's neccessary to warn others about tractor sellers that are in bussiness and have misrepresented tractors they'v sold ...I've bought A LOT of tractors from Vern Otto in canada( nice fella , seems honest , but does'nt always check his tractors over the best before he sells them)- about every 4th tractor or so will show up with some major problem i was not told about-it usually will average out OK when figured in with the ones that are good (as he said)....last fall i recieved some i'd bt from him & 2 that i was told had good TA's (and i asked him no less than 3 times about the TA's)- anyway ,The TA's (and other problems not mentioned also)were not even close to functioning ....at the time i recieved them - he was willing to settle for about 1/3 the cost of fixing the TA's (to be taken off a future tractor sale) - NOW , when it comes time to settle and the truck has already left (so i can't send the tractors back affordably)- he's decided he does'nt "warrenty" used tractors !! sorry for "venting"- i'm only out a couple thousand (which is'nt the end of the world)BUT mostly am "hurt" because someone i thought had become a freind is willing to "stab me in the back" JUST TO MAKE A BUCK !.....and i wanted others to be aware of this when they are dealing with him .....LETS KEEP THIS TRACTOR BUSINESS FUN & NOT LET GREED BECOME A SUBSTITUTE FOR HONESTY !!
