You are right about watching the clearences with 5th wheel travel trailers. I believe there was a problem with 4x4 Fords a few years ago when they came out with new body style and owners who previously were using a Ford had problems with the new truck and old trailer. Ford even came out with some kind of a lowering kit to give more clearence.

Earthmaster Project Progress Just a little update on my Earthmaster......it's back from the dead! I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned. But alas, my carb foiled me again, it would fire a second then flood out.
