Need brake help on my 99 Dodge 3/4 ton

My brakes are messed up on my Dodge and I can't figure it out. I haven't hauled any tractors for a while now. Usually when I unhook from the trailer the brakes are touchy and will lock up the rear wheels in gravel but you drive down the highway and they are fine. Now the rear brakes lock up on dry pavement if you barely touch the pedal. I can't hear the pads dragging either. Anybody else had this problem? Thanks alot for any info.
