Sounds like it may be time to trade it in. Can't be it has much power?, how much oil is coming out the exaust?. I'd get rid of it while I still had alittle something to trade in, not after it dies, and you need something to replace it with day before yesterday. I'd check around the net looking at special offers/incentives to buy like John Deere has at times. What happened to the front wheel, did the spindle get bent or something?. Since your mowing commercially, and must be quite alittle mowing to wear out a tractor in 6yrs, maybe you should consider a Ferris zero turn with the small Caterpillar diesel or something that should have a very long engine life, but most importantly, maintenance is what keeps things going, if you don't be a stickler about maintenance, you will have a piece of junk before you know it. Hope I didn't offend you with my last comment, but thats the way it is. hope this helps, Jonathan
