I would have done the other cylinders 'wet' to get a good comparison. As said previously, actual numbers don't matter, but if the others also rise wet, you may find you still have another possible fault (valve?) and running with thin oil etc may be a waste of time effort and money. Your guage may not be very accurate either.
A better diagnosis is to pressurise each cylinder and note how quickly the pressure falls when the air is turned off. You can also find where it is leaking to, as well.
Shouldn't ask whether you checked valve clearances before testing..... but sometimes it is forgotten.
