Need help identifying an old tractor.

I have no idea what kind or how old of a tractor I have. It had to have been built before the 1960's and it has no steering wheel, only a stick. It also has a small blade on the front that lifts up and down and is small enough to go through doorways.
Could someone tell me where to look to find out the manufacturers name and maybe an idea of the value.
