Which of them do you have? Unfortunately, there are several items that share the same name.... :) The 11 hole rectangular drawbar that goes onto the lower arms of your 3pt is a drawbar. Is this what you have? You hook wagons, trailers, and other such trailing implements to it. For some things it is real nifty, for other things it is actually not so great, and can even be a bit dangerous... There is a little clamp deal that goes on one side that keeps it from spinning around, this can be helpful. The stablizers - the type that go inside or outside your 3pt arms & the other end goes under the rear axle are _very_ helpful to keep your 3pt arms from swinging back & forth and causing too much sway. Use them for about everything except plowing maybe. The type that go from the end of the 3pt arms up to the upper arm anchor on the tractor are there to keep the 3pt drawbar at a set level, and is a bit of a safety feature. They are, as far as I know, mostly only useful for that 11 hole drawbar. Did I happen to hit the type of items you are asking about? I can explain each better if you wish, but want to see if that's what you have first... --->Paul
