8n oil pressure

I have a 51 8n when started the oil pressure is around 60-70 at 1500 rpm as it runs the pressure goes down to about 10 after about 30 minutes of use. The oil pump has just been rebuilt but it did not correct the problem. Any suggestions on the problem or is this normal oil pressure. Any help would be appreciated thanks.
