If the filter canisters, or heads have lines running to them, you can convert them to aftermarket spin ons. I would suggest standard Cummins fuel filters as these are very common and cheap. Any filter dealer can sell you a conversion kit to change it over to the Cummins style fuel filters. The oil filter is a little harder, because you have to consider the size of the engine, pressure etc. But again, I would suggest some type of Cummins filter. The dealers and filter companies generall don't want to help with oil filter conversion info, because they don't want to pay for an engine that goes bad from their advice. However, I have made these conversions with construction equipment with no problems. If we had an odd piece of equipment with odd filters I would convert it to something more standard. I also did this to replace most of the old canister filters with spin ons. As a generall rule, use a filter that is as big or bigger than what is on the machine now. As I recall, some Belarus engines had an oil filter system that you cleaned and reused, so the oil filter may not be an issue for you.
