That is just plain stupid. Is your car or truck going to not use fuel on those days? That's the problem with our country these days, people just repeat whatever it is that they hear without giving it any thought as to wether or not it makes any sense. The reason our fuel prices are so high is we consume too much fuel. It is a simple process of supply and demand. I'm tired of people bitching about how the oil companies are screwing us. They are in business to make money. I think that they charge a fair price for their product. They only make pennies on the gallon as well as the stations that sell only make one or two cents per gallon. The real bunch of crap is the taxes that we pay on gasoline because our government blows money like drunken sailors. If you really want to make a difference then start demanding that those we elect will stop spending us into socialism just so they can please all the special interest groups and remain in their positions.
