Tractor Fever - Part II

Still looking for my first tractor ... I found a decent looking AC WD45 that I'm considering for $1,500; there's also a real pretty Cockshutt (Model ??) for sale down the road for $1,600 but I'm wondering how hard it would be to get parts. I've heard a lot from several of you about Olivers, MF's, JD's, IH's and others too numerous to mention. I had no idea how loyal some tractor owners are to their favorite brands. Once I get the machinery, I have a long list of other related questions such as how do I build a chicken coop, how do I keep deer out of my garden (I'm a bow hunter and am grateful for the deer but I'd also like to have a garden left come fall), how much does it cost to put in an extra well (groundwater is at 17 feet and its all sand), how hard is it to raise blueberries (I have an acre of meadow that has a fairly acid pH soil). I know, too many questions and the wrong forum ... any recommendations on other internet hobby farming resources?
