"Now, it's buyer beware!"???? Wasn't it always "buyer beware"? Now it is buyer AND seller beware. I live in a sparely populated area, basically hick’s county USA, still there is quite a lot of used machinery that changes hands around here. I even see local’s ads and auctions on the internet (ebay, yt, Artis, etc). One of our prominent county leaders just got nixed by this scam. Made page one headlines in the local weekly paper. This person is LIVID for not being protected from this scam. WHERE IS THE FBI?? WHAT’S WRONG WITH OUR FEDERAL GOVT?? Our scammed leader’s salary from the public trough is about 3 times that of the average 2 income family living here. I’ve lived here a long time and have never heard of one of us dumb ole hicks being scammed so how did that happen. One word: GREED
