These are the easiest of all carburetors to rebuild. Kits are $25 and it can't take you 25 minutes to do the job. In your case, you likely have the float level set wrong. There is a gauge in the kit. I soak the whole thing in B12 Chemtool overnight, rebuild it in the morning, get the float level right, back out the screws per the instructions, and it will run for you.
