I guess everybody’s got their theory but I probably wouldn’t be voicing yours near any bread lines.
I think it’s actually a fallacy of the stock market. Everybody’s trying to improve the bottom line that when one cuts their cost by moving off shore then the other can’t compete with out going to. Our congress people are to blame for not slowing or stopping this process.
This also relates back to wages. Are you trying to hire them at $15-20 hr or what looks like is going to be the common wage when they bring the jobs back.$8 hr.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
