My Dodge dealer in Elkhart, IN. was asking $33K and change for an '02 3500 Quad Cab, Cummins 6 speed manual, 4 wheel drive and pretty loaded with about the same milage. A year and a half ago, I paid $27.5K for my '01 2500 Quad Cab, Cummins 5 speed automatic, 4 wheel drive with about the same milage. My only regret, the automatic transmission - they're known for having problems, especially behind the Cummins, and I lost second and third gears at about 40K miles under reletively light duty, but the 10 year/100K miles warranty covered it. Nice thing about your '02, Dana 60 front and Dana 90 rear - bullet proof. Jump on it for that price, period. The new Dodge line up dumped Dana to save money, and now the axles are Korean made.
