We've got a customer that has a 4500 Industrial with a independent PTO, a 3 point hitch, a partially enclosed cab/rops and is about the same age. About a month ago he had a man from the local dealership out looking at one of his new mowers and ask him this same question. The mans answer was that a few years ago these machines would fetch a fair price (about $10,000 I think he said), although around here a cab hurt the value/desirability because of the height problem getting into and out of chicken coops. With the rise in popularity of the skid steers and the various attachments for them, the value of the true industrial tractor has dropped drastically. I believe he told Mr C that his would now bring in the $5000 neighborhood, if he was lucky. Hope this helps...
