Larry, I grew up on two cylinder JD's and I've done a lot of clutches and I've never replaced that clutch bearing in my life nor have I ever had one go out. If you have the clutch apart put the tractor in neutral and rotate the pulley. if you feel any play up and down or any roughness then you may wan't to replace the bearing. Otherwise, leave it alone. If you are going to replace the clutch facings, there is also one behind the center on the crank. To get to it, remove the bolt on the end of the crank. Then take your drawbar out and place it over the end of the pulley. line up 2 holes in the drawbar with the two slotted holes in the center of the clutch. place two 1/2 inch bolts in the slots that are long enough to go through the holes in the drawbar. Put nuts on the 1/2 inch bolts and tighten them down evenly until the center pops loose. After that if you need to get at the clutch bearing, at the front of the reduction gear housing is the clutch fork shaft. You will recognize this as the shaft the clutch pulley brake mounts to. Remove the 4 bolts that hold the shaft housing to the reduction housing and remove the pin from the clutch rod yoke. Pull this assembly out forward. after that, you can simply pull the entire pulley off the tractor and you will see the bearings from the back of the pulley. Good luck and Call me at1-605-996-3575 if you have any questions.
