it is a felony in MN i believe. get yourself a bigger dog,worked for me. now if they come up here and cause trouble the problem is solve by letting my dog run loose for a couple of days. never bothers the dogs unless they are doing something he don't like,if one of the kids start crying you sure don't want to be in his way. dad was over here some time ago and he was playing with the kids,one of them got scared and started screaming. thought the dog was going to educate him!just showed his teeth a little and calmed right down. kids drag from his tail and the youngest rides on his back,don't seem to bother him at all. i have told the kids not to pull on his tail,but the dog has the rides figured out as the oldest trys but he just sits down when he trys to climb on.
