Hey guys. I just purchased a truck ('56 International R200) to haul my H to shows. Now the problen, how to get it up on the truck and secured for traveling. The floor of the bed is about 5 feet high. Any suggestions as to how long the ramps should be and what should I make them out of? 2" inch plankes or would I be better off getting some sort of angle iron ramps welded up? Some of the shows I'll be going to have an unloading hill or ramp I can use but others will be on flat ground. I just want to be prepared for the worse case with no surprises or heart stopping moments driving it onto the truck. And then when I finally do get it loaded, what is the best kind of chain and binders to use to secure it? And where on the tractor is a good place to hook the chain? I was sort of thinking around the rear axle housings and maybe between the two front wheels. Any hints or suggestions anyone has will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Mark
