I am glad you responded to this...I really keep bounceing back and forth on these two machines 2590...6030...2590...6030....They both seem to have TONS of plusses and each have only one minus 6030 minus hard to get parts for getting expensive to fix major plrobems... 2590 minus the JD 6030 Synchro Tranny seems to be a littel more bullet proof than the partial power shift...I think.
