I agree that the subject got out of hand and ended up with people acting like animals towards each other. First off I want to say that people are more than welcome to discuss off topic subjects here. My feelings are - just don't let them dominate - tractor subjects should be the priority. That said, there is an OT section already for this board and it has been there for some time. I gave each board its own "OT" area so that those who are use to talking with each other can talk off topic with the same crowd instead of throwing everyone together in a large OT section like Common Ground. It's kind of a volunteer thing, you don't "have to". But if you think your converstation might bother the tractor folks by all means take it next door to the OT room. If you look on the main Tractor Talk page you'll see a link called "Off Topic" right between "Post A Message" and "Archives". Here is the Off-Topic Forum Back to what I said about OT here, again I'll say it is not a problem. But I do grimace when I see conversations start up about politics and religion, because they seem to always resort in name calling. So I wouldn't mind if those types of conversations were kept in the OT area. Thanks for listening, Kim

In this series we are going to investigate and learn the basic rudimentary skills of understanding this lingo.
