need help hooking up tri-wing to a oliver 880

hi folks, here is the problem i have a 880 deisel , looking to buy a rhino tri wing the problem is that i can not get the wings to lift. read the manual it said to install a monentary restrictor swivel assembly..that i did at the left rear in place of the regular free-flow assembly,install a quick connect..and then hooked up the line,,,i forgot to mention the mower has single action cylinder..can any one tell me what step i may be missing ,,or the proper way to hook up for a single ation cyl to get the wings up...thank you in advance ......ed
