Ford 4500 Backhoe Valve Clearance Tire Pressure

I would appreciate the recommended pressure (psi) for the 4500's (early 1970's) rear tires, it does not state on the tire itself. And, if there is an adjustment on the valves, what is the inch clearance of the intake and exhaust valves? Thanks for any help, Rocky
