Prices, especially labor prices, vary widely all over the country so you really should be asking the locals what they pay. Having said that, you can buy everything you need to R&R your own tires from www.gemplers.com. They even sell CaCl. Many farmers here do exactly that, figuring "why pay for someone else's labor when I work for free". You can even co-op with a neighbor and split the $200 or so cost for irons and CaCl tools.
