international harvester b-275

Heres my big problem, I have a old I;m not sure exactly what year b-275 that I have been working on for a friend of mine. The problem is that it is very hard starting and once it is running it runns good for about 10 minuetes and then it reves up a little and then dies out. then it won't start for a while, sometimes a real long while, I cleaned the sediment trap and bleaded the air out of the injection pump, fuel filter and off the injectors. but none of those seamed to work. got any ideas,
