The company known as GardenWay was located in Troy, N.Y. on 9th Ave. for many years, made the best tiller for many years, I still have one, it was really unfortunate when they left Troy, I'm not sure what happened, but like so many long established business's in Troy (which was booming way back in the industrial revolution ) that had to leave or went under. One of the senators from my town ( I live just outside of Troy ) tried to help them with incentives to stay, (I'm not one for politicians but he's one I like, he's done a lot for the community and the state ) to no avail they folded up, were bought and subsquently moved to Minnesota or Wisc. where a lot of these products are Mfr.'d A lot of people lost jobs, just another sad story, and another loss for Troy, N.Y. which I blame on the state of N.Y. for not helping business's like these, they were not the first to have left.
