Hi doug, The IH340 is a 34hp tractor and with a loader well worth $1000 providing there's no cracks. Here in AZ it would cost you about $4000 in decent shape. If a cracked head/block then $1000 is about right for a parts tractor. To change the freeze plugs the tractor would have to be split and why are they leaking? No anti-freeze last winter? Cracked block/head? T_Bone
