Deutz tractors use an "open-center" hyd. system. Looking at the back of the tractor on right side under the valves themselves, there might be a steel hyd. line with a "male" end on it. My friend has a Deutz-Allis 7085 which is basically the same tractor with the only major difference being the cu./in. of the engine(maybe). Other than that, the only other difference would be Deutz-Fahr vs. Deutz-Allis and the cab layout (Euro.) version. If your tractor doesn't have this line, hook up the splitter to one of the remote hyd. ports. If you can't hook it up with the tractor running, push the hyd. lever all of the way forward to the "float" position. If this doesn't work, shut off the tractor and move the hyd. lever back and forth. This will relieve the pressure.
