Kent, Using the same site you did, I am reading between 700 & 800. Sat is a lot slower than cable (used to have it in a previous residence), but a lot better than dial-up! Did dial-up here for about a year and was so frustrated that I got the sat so I could get my email without waiting 20 minutes for it to come in. Problem was the phone lines here are older than me and I was always getting time outs and dropped connections. Sat was my only other option, so sat it is. You won't get near what you get with cable, but better than the alternative. Good luck.
