Milk delivery? We had to go out to the barn and get it from the cow. The first time I ran into milk in a container was at the 4H dorm at the State Fair. I made a real mess trying to figure out how to open that silly little cardboard container. The local "restaurant" served coffee cream (real cream) in little glass pitchers that held an ounce or two. We didn't eat there, but did haul the garbage to feed the pigs and found those little pitchers in the soil for years afterwards.

Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard. From the engine number, it was found that this Major was produced late 1946. It was almost complete but had various parts that would definitely need replacing.
