I'm going to Barlow, KY on Sunday, the 25th to see John about a tractor. If that's who you're referring to, I'll let you know how it goes. This will be about a 4 hour drive for me, which will shock friends, family and neighbors. They consider it an event when I travel the 6 miles to town. I point this out as an indication of my own estimation of the probability of the advertisement (and advertiser) not being a scam. Then again, I've been fooled before. It's just been a decade or so. All queries about the tractor have been made via email. The advertisement for the tractor I asked about has not been reposted since I said I would buy it. Every question I've asked has been answered. If the tractor is as advertised, it will be mine on Sunday and I'll try to get off of it long enough to post a follow-up here. If it is not, then I will have ventured out into civilization for nothing.
