The MH 30, should have a Hercules F-162 engine...how to 'unsieze' without doing damage? I can't help you there, but, if it were me, I'd check with your local industrial Lift Truck service place and see if you can get a running motor. Our local guy tells me that the F-162 is still running around in various lift trucks (Hyster, primarily as I recall) and were OEM until the '80s! The other nice bit to this is, since they are on lift trucks, the live pump you need is already on there! Beats refurbishing a froze motor if you can get a running unit for less than rebuild kit money (which is what our local guy had). Good luck.
