I'm guessing you mean a steel-tracked dozer, rather than a rubber-tracked tractor. I doubt you would have seen one of the biggest outside of a strip mine, landfill or similar very large scale project. They're just too big to haul around much. You can look up most of the specs on the company websites. For example - Cat D11R CD: 2,105 cid (34.5 L) diesel engine; 850 net HP; 248,600 lbs. operating weight (more than 124 tons); 425 gal. fuel tank, 63 gal. radiator, 28 gal. crankcase oil capacity, 91 gal. transmission oil capacity, 60 gal. hydraulic tank John Deere's 9620T is the most powerful agricultural/scraper tractor on rubber tracks, rated at 500 HP. (Last time I checked.)
