Reminds me of a time I was working in a coal fired power plant with another guy. Was dark and we had lamps on the hardhats. We were at the top of a stairway leading into a conveyor and I was the one at the door. On our side of the door was a heavy buildup of coal dust, on the other side of the fire door was a lot of clean air pressure. I pushed and pushed until the door finally flew open, and blew a ton of dust down on the guy behind me. After the whosh of air past me, I heard gagging, caughing, and choking behind me. When I turned around, I could faintly see his lamp glowing through a cloud of dust, and he was only about three feet behind me. When the dust cleared, the poor guy looked like Al Jolson from head to toe, and we had just started the day.
