I do a right smart job with a Ford 2000 diesel ("73). Probably wouldn"t get lower than that. A 3000D does a real nice job. A MF 35 should do a right smart job. Have a 5" on one and it doesn"t even quiver so with a 6" I ought to at least hear the governor kick in.
