Neil, how do I know if the starter is dragging ? This is IH 165171J Cub should it be neg ground ? That the way it is now. Turns over slow starts most of time on a fresh charged battery runs down quick. Starts right up if pulled. Took the starter switch apart cleaned contracts waiting on charger how.
