Me again, I'll bet your camera came with some sort of software to yank the pictures out of your camera and into your computer. Once that picture is in your computer, dig around in the menus and you should find something along the lines of "format" or some such thing. Then under "format" I label it a "name.jpg" and shrink it to 60% of the original size by using the "crop" command. That's how I do it anyway, Allan
