Can you lock on a pair of vise grips? I would
wire brush any part of the plug that is sticking
out and spray on some penetrating oil. Take a
small hammer and tap it lightly to help brake any
bond. You should be able to get a new pipe plug at
any hardware store. Good luck. I guess your last
resort is unpacking the drill... Good luck and
don't be in a big rush. ............
