i sure do NOT miss the days when i had to install/adjust points. it seemed like it was every few weeks. well, maybe not, but it was stil a big PITA. however the electronic ignition with all it's good things can be a nightmare when it quits. and it usually quits cold turkey just when the machine/auto is needed.
