Lynn, Did you pay that guy with a check? You "might" lose that tractor, but if you have a cancelled check, it 'taint you who is in trouble, it is the other guy if it was, in fact, she who really owned the greenbean. I wouldn't get too excited about it. If anyone gives you any guff, produce that cancelled check. You bought and paid for it.......(so far). Allan
