I would consult with the police. Then if the tractor is hers get my money back from the guy who sold it to you or he will be guilty of theft. Then put the tractor back where you got it, moon the old bitty, and kick the jerks butt who sold it to ya. Sorry but it does not sound like keeping the tractor will be more touble than it is worth. Also do not re assemble it if disassembled, that is the jerks problem who sold it to ya.
