My point exactly. Someone local to her like you, a neighbor, a friend may be of great help to her, and see that all's well that ends well, for all involved. A dealer wouldn't be my first choice since they've gotta buy low to make a profit selling higher, but if all else fails, some money is better than none, which could happen with some of the overseas scams I've been hearing about.

I find the whole process sheer mystery. I have picked up and attempted to read every auto and farm electrics book with no improvement in the situation.
