Ron, I"ve been following that one too, and it defys logic. That would be sort of like passing a law to ban locks because it would cut down on "breaking" and entering by thieves. They can just enter, thus eliminating one criminal act. Hellooooo, California, is anybody in there? The redeeming grace is that They have to get the bill past the "Governator".
