I can't speak to the incident you are talking about but I do know about the one I mentioned. I have been ten times involved in the jury process and from this, I believe that if an intelligent thinking juror that can make an informed decision based on the facts makes it onto the jury panel, they goofed, The ideal juror for the lawyers on either side is brain dead, and what I have seen in jury decisions only reinforces that opinion, which by the way, is only my $0.02.
