My first suspicion is a stuck open valve on 1 and a burnt or partially stuck open unseated valve on two. I would try and unstick the valves before I did much else, then get it running and see if you have bad blow by (needs rings if a lot of blow by and blue smoke) and then see if the head gasket is leaking which will show up as overheating and/or bubbling of air in the radiator or external water leaks etc. With no compression on that one cylinder at all, its either gotta be a stuck or broken valve or that piston isnt going up and down?????
