that plug might be brass, which will make it easier...drill through it with a small bit
then let the oil run uot take a long break here then derill through again and aagain getting lerger each tinmme without out ruining the threads in the pan then see if you can grab the edge and twist it out in pieces...you may have to hhold you lips just right to do this!!!!
