powered by a 3 cylinder Mitsubishi 18hp diesel...late 70"s model I think. Smooth little tractor, and all I need around the grove and farm, but I am concerned about enough power to run a pto generator. My other tractor is a 1950 Cub, so I"m sure it won"t spin a generator. Was told I would need a 10-12 Kw generator for the heat pump/AC unit. Good idea about the window air conditioners...had considered that, and have even built a "bunkhouse" out in the barn with 12000 btu window unit through the wall, but have not gotten to test it out yet. Thanks for all the replies and good advice. Maybe Jeanne will be the last storm this year and I won"t need a generator for a long time....nah, just dreamin"!!!
