I don't know where you can buy one but I've got one with my tiller, a Model GIL-1580E (5 HP). My tiller is old, say around 25-30 years. I guess I could copy it and send it to you. If I could get my scanner working I could even email the manual. Let me know. greenengr@comcast.net
